Tersa is a U.S.-based wellness tech startup on a mission to bring science-backed recovery into people’s daily lives. Their flagship product blends innovative hardware with personalized software to deliver real-time assessments, custom recovery plans, and expert guidance. With early funding secured and a fast-growing user base, Tersa is redefining how modern health is monitored, improved, and sustained.

The Challenge

The project required an end-to-end approach: tightly integrated hardware, global logistics, and adaptable software.

From physical components to global supply chains, every piece required tight, cross-functional coordination. The software had to adapt in real time, integrate seamlessly with the hardware, and evolve fast. Nothing was static, every part had to perform under pressure.

The solution

We started with the hardware. Our team flew to San Jose to inspect and ship over 30 components back to our engineers in Argentina. We sourced and manufactured additional parts locally, assembled the prototype, and refined it in real time.In parallel, our software engineers worked on a custom-built mobile application that could do it all: onboarding, 3D body mapping, thermal and muscular assessments, adaptive recommendations, in-app video calls, and more. Built with speed and flexibility in mind, the app evolved in tandem with hardware upgrades.
