The Challenge

As GoodVets expanded to meet growing demand, they needed their digital platform to scale just as quickly. Delivering a seamless experience across web and mobile became critical, especially for scheduling, pet management, and real-time data access.

The existing setup had gaps, data didn’t always sync in real time, user flows weren’t fully connected, and EzyVet wasn’t directly integrated. To keep up with their growth, GoodVets needed a stronger, more scalable tech foundation.

The solution

Genium rebuilt the platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture. We restructured core user flows, onboarding, pet profiles, visit scheduling and ensured consistency across web and mobile. Real-time integration with EzyVet enabled synchronized scheduling and accurate availability.

The platform runs on AWS with ECS Fargate, RDS, and MongoDB Atlas, using Stripe for payments, Auth0 for authentication, and Google Maps for location services. CI/CD pipelines support efficient, reliable deployments as the product continues to evolve.
